For authors

"Science & Technologies: Oil and Oil Products Pipeline Transportation" publishes original contributions previously unpublished (in addition to special cases of expressly labelled reprints of articles from other sources). Novel research findings that can be of interest to an international audience are particularly encouraged.

The Editorial Board accepts manuscripts by Russian and foreign authors. Publication of scientific articles is royalty-free.

All submissions are subject to a plagiarism check using the Antiplagiat system. Plagiarism can be detected both upon receipt of the manuscript or during the review process. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 30% are declined.

Writing, Submission & Formatting

1. The Editorial Board is committed to ensuring that the journal is accessible, apprehensible, and interesting to the scientific community worldwide. To this end, the design of the published articles should comply with the best practices of scientific publications and the requirements of the international databases (Web of Science and Scopus). Authors should therefore comply with the following requirements:

The design of the manuscript is carried out in accordance with the technical requirements.

The manuscript should also include the AuthorsТ credentials at the end of the work.

2. The manuscript is sent to the Editors by e-mail (issn2221.2701@gmail.com) or by Russian Post with a set of accompanying documents. The author's consent to the transfer of copyright, consent to the provision and processing of personal data is provided simultaneously with the text of the manuscript. If the research, the results of which are described in the manuscript, were carried out in Russian organizations, the manuscript should be sent with a cover letter from one of these organizations. PhD students and candidates from research and educational institutions should attach a recommendation letter from their supervisor or an extract from the minutes of the Department Meeting (free form).

Co-authored manuscripts should be submitted by one author responsible for the correspondence with the editors. The final version of the manuscript should be verified by all the authors before publication (responsibility of the corresponding author).

3. The editors pre-check the submission for compliance with the above requirements, thereafter the manuscript can be submitted for a peer review or declined. The editors should inform the corresponding author on the review results. The final decision to publish is taken by the Editorial Board of the journal with the consideration of the peer review.
