Abstract: Gas stations are basic elements of fuel supply systems that is why their efficiency increase is an actual task. The objects under investigation are examples of complex human-machine systems. For increasing of their KPI one needs system analysis, modeling and optimization of control structures. Set-theoretic approach known to deal with the complex systems and developed for the sphere permits to resolve the task said above. Station control is realized by means of data collection and processing, decision making, reliable and safety application and control with feedback. The control functions said are implemented for the processes of fuel and goods delivery, storage and sales on tactical, operational and strategical tome periods. At typical KPI one takes into consideration results, costs and loses. In the article the last of said components depends on response time of the system, its reliability and safety (stability), data correctness and staff quality. To find systems, optimal at the criterion it is necessary to create the set of all possible structures, exclude out of them meaningless cases and apply socalled guided brute force method of numerical analysis to achieve the structures with extremal (maximal) K. In the article some of gas station control structures are considered and results are discussed.
